Refunds & Returns
If your items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and I will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
If your order is lost in transit, I will work with the carrier and provide either a replacement or a refund.
If you change your mind about your purchase, returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery provided that the items are unopened and unused. In this case, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive the returned items in original condition, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of receipt of returned items.
