Refunds & Returns
If your notecards arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 10 days of delivery with a photo, and I will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
If your order is lost in transit, I will work with the carrier and provide either a replacement or a refund.
If you change your mind about your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided that the notecards are unopened and unused. In this case, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive the returned items in original condition, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
